• Booking the villa with 6 bedrooms (extra charge of USD100/night): maximum occupancy of 12 adults + 4 small children (below 8 years) sleeping in 2 sofa beds. - Booking policy:
• Reservations can start on any day of the week, except for the peak season for which booking should start on Saturday
• All payments shall be done via Bank transfer
• Payment of a reservation deposit equal to 50% of the total rent upon booking
• Payment of the balance, i.e 50% of the total rent, 30 days prior to check in
• Payment of security deposit of USD 2000 together with the 50% balance, 30 days prior to check in
• Check-in at 3:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am
