$500.00 Damage Deposit due with payment regardless of the number of weeks rented. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be mailed to you within (10) days of your departure.
* No damage is done to the home or its contents
* No household items are missing.
* No early check-in or late checkout.
* House has not been smoked in.
* No pets on premises.
A copy of the renter’s driver’s license must be included in order to secure the rental of this property. This deposit is non-refundable. At the time of check- in, a valid license matching the renter must be presented. The renter of this property must be one of the occupants for the duration of the rental.

Guests to supply their own bedding/linens**, pillows and towels. Loft area has a full size futon. There is a half bath that accommodates the second floor bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor. Bed linens available for a small fee. Please notify in advance.
