Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

All stays are 7 nights (Saturday check-in after 4:00 PM to Saturday checkout by 10:00 AM) - Dates Available: Year Round.
Stated rental price includes all taxes and cleaning fees. Don't be misled by others quoted base rates that are sometimes 60% of the final rate.
The price also includes fully paid rental for a pair of beach chairs with umbrella every day. The beach chairs are reserved daily on a first come first serve basis at the beach, so be sure to get down in the morning before paying customers rent them first. You can go back to the condo until you need them if you are not yet ready for the beach on a given day.
Off season rental payments will be applied to peak season rentals. That means if you stay from December through March 10, whatever you pay will be credited to your account for your peak period stay. This lets you come for a short trip in the off season to check it out. If you like it, which I know you will, then make a reservation for peak season (after May 25) and I will give you full credit on the new reservation.

Bedroom 3 - 1 queen
- Master bedroom is gulf front with entrance to balcony or living area. Bunk room is a great area for up to 5 kids. I slept in one when all else was taken and it was very comfortable. King bed in master bedroom and in the second master bedroom, then one queen bed in the other bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living room and then the bunk room has 2 pair of bunk beds with a trundle bed under one of the bunks (that is how it sleeps 13). All bedrooms are big rooms, as is the living/dining/kitchen area.
