Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Monthly rentals are heavily discounted, and therefore do not include any electricity. Renter will be charged fully for the electric consumed at check-out.
Monthly rates are calculated on a 4 week/28 day basis

Reservations are confirmed only upon the receipt of your deposit (and are refundable* but separate from the rental price).
Deposits will be calculated on approx 25% of total rent
Cleaning fees are mandatory. All linens are professionally laundered, which is expensive here and part of the cleaning fee.
Exit Clean fee $95 US
*Deposits are refunded AFTER your departure and upon satisfactory preview of the condo. Please allow 2-5 days for PayPal refunds.
Credit cards are only accepted by using PayPal, and like any charge payment, there is a transaction fee charged by PayPal.
Total rent and exit clean fee are due at the time of check in - CASH ONLY (unless pre-paid in full via PayPal - or another payment option approved in advance). - There will be a $20 per night supplement for Easter Weekend, Christmas and New Year dates
