Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1350-$1800/mo, $750/week
- A deposit of 30% plus the Refundable Security Deposit is made at the time of booking. Pay by Master Card or Visa at least 60 days in advance.
If a reservation is cancelled within that 60 day period, funds paid minus a 5% handling fee will be refunded if a replacement guest is found. - High Season: Jan 15 to April 15 Prices quoted for double occupancy, $1800/month
Mid Season: Oct 15 to Jan 15; April 15 to July 14 Price reduced by 12.5%
Off Season: July15 to Oct 14th Price reduced by 25%
Discount for 90 nights: Additional 7%
Set Up Fee: $130 Minimum Stay: 6 nights
