Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Low Season :
May 1 - Nov 14 - $175/night, $1,200/week, $2,800/3 weeks, $3,200/month
High Season :
Jan 1 - Apr 30 - $200/night, $1,300/week, $3,000/3 weeks, $3,400/month
Holiday Season
Nov 15 - Dec 15 - $200/night, $1,300/week
Dec 16 - Dec 31 - $250/night, $1,700/week
Easter Week - $250/night, $1,700/week
Electricity is extra and based on consumption. One time cleaning fee of $110.
When you book the unit please indicate your option: The Security Deposit OR The Insurance:
$750 security deposit per week refundable at check out with no damages or $59 Property Damage Protection Insurance for up to $5,000 worth of damages. If you select the $59 insurance you will only be required a $250 electricity deposit per week.
4% handling/transaction/administrative fee.
* 50% Deposit required to confirm booking (fully refundable up to 12 weeks prior to arrival).
