Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $450 /week, $1450/mth
- Minimum of 5 nights stay. Price do not include special events and holidays. I have another studio in the same building if this one is booked. If you wish to stay for less than 5 nights, feel free to contact me but the price will generally be higher if your stay is shorter.
Full Payment is required to confirm a reservation.
Upon request, I can send you the link to pay with your visa/mc, or from paypal. I also accept bank email money transfer as I have a Chase US$ account. All of these website are quick, safe & secured.
Cancellation Policy:
If you Cancel your vacation by notifying me via email or phone at least 21 days before your arrival you will get a full refund of your monies less a 6% handling fee.
If you choose to cancel less than 21 days before your arrival you will get a 60% refund of your monies. - Housekeeping available upon request for $45 per day. If you do not need daily housekeeping there is no fee.
There is a $100 security deposit refundable upon check out provided there are no damages to the studio.
For only Monthly rentals there are approval forms to be filled out by the Condo Association. Contact me for further details.
