Notes: Please note - Children over the age of 12 only. No pets or smoking allowed. Fully enclosed landscaped backyard, BBQ area and entertaining deck with stunning views. Walk out the door and stroll down to the beach, boat ramp and water sports. Cafes, restaurants and shopping a short distance away. Double glazed windows maintain the temperature however if you find you are in need of cooling down then open up the large windows and allow the sea breeze to flow in. If you need to warm up the hydronic floor heating and open fire take care of you from the moment you wake up in the morning to the time you go to sleep at night. A fully appointed kitchen overlooks the dining and living areas through to the outdoor entertaining deck with table and chairs to soak up the sea air. Kitchen appliances include oven, dishwasher and cook top. Also included are a Plasma TV with DVD and other amenities include a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing board & iron.
