Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- *I require a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount to hold your reservation.
*Remainder of the balance (50% of the total rental amount + cleaning fee + security deposit) is due 3 days PRIOR to check-in. Until the deposit is received, your reservation is not guaranteed.
*Credit cards are accepted through PayPal
*CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel your reservation within 4 weeks of your check-in date, however, there is a 10% (of the total rental amount) cancellation fee. Any cancellation with less than 4 weeks notice of check-in date will be charged 50% of the total rental rate. - *Security Deposit is $200 for an up to 1 week stay; $300 for a monthly stay (100% refundable within 2 weeks providing there are no damages/missing items).
*Cleaning fee is $100 for an up to 1 week stay; $125 for longer stay
