This will serve as your refundable Security Deposit. 50% of Rental Fee Deposit Required 30 to 60 days prior to stay and 50% Rental Fee Balance Due 14 to 30 Days Prior to Check-In. Rental Fee can be paid by Credit Card (Master Card, Visa or Discover), PayPal or Check.
Rates Include $80.00 Cleaning Fee. Rates Do Not Include 9% NH State Tax.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation accepted with at least 30 days notice. We will refund your deposit minus a $50.00 processing fee. Deposits will be kept for cancellations requested under 30 days unless the cabin is re-rented. The deposit will then be refunded minus a $50.00 processing fee. - REMINDER: NO LINENS OR TOWELS PROVIDED.
TRASH MUST BE TAKEN WITH YOU AS THERE IS NO TRASH PICK-UP SERVICE. A LOCAL DROP OFF IS AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING CABIN. ANY SMOKING ON PREMISES AND RENTERS WILL FORFEIT SECURITY DEPOSIT.ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED UNDER ANY CI RCUMSTANCES.

FIREWOOD AVAILABLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $25.00 PER STAY.
