Bay Villas is a cluster of thatched, four bedroom villas, each situated in their own private grounds with stunning views over The Kenmare Bay, yet only a short stroll from Sheen Falls Lodge.  Each Villa offers four spacious double bedrooms which can offer twin beds or a king-size bed, spacious marble bathrooms with walk in shower and bathtub. The master bedroom is airy and very large with a separate dressing area.  It is located on the first floor of the villa. One guest bedroom is on the first floor, whilst the other two smaller bedrooms are on the ground floor.  There is no space for additional beds in this house so the maximum capacity is 8 people.

Residing in one of our Bay Villas provides the ultimate home away from home featuring a large open plan kitchen and dining area. Each dining room display a spectacular chandelier, viewed best from the mezzanine level above; here you will find an array of books to browse, a little work space and seating. From the dining room, step out onto the patio, complete with built in Barbecue area, sit down and enjoy the unrivalled setting. By contrast, the roaring log fire in the spacious lounge is the perfect rendezvous for reminiscing on a winter's day.

There is an abundance of local produce available and seafood in the area is a speciality for the culinary enthusiast in your party. Alternatively, to provide that special dining occasion be it for corporate or family entertaining, a chef and butler can be provided.

Each of the villas has its own character through its interiors; fabrics and furnishings complement the design to portray a truly wonderful residence for its guests where attention to detail is unsurpassed.

The Estate, cradled between the Caha Mountains and the Kenmare Bay, hosts a multitude of historic tales.  The ruins of a tiny church, known to date back to Viking times, can be found to the west of the Estate along with a Holy Well near the foreshore reputed to have distinctive healing properties.

It's a place where you can indulge in tranquil surroundings allowing you to relax, revitalise and invigorate your mind & body.

Soft classical music or the renditions of Jim Kiely (resident pianist) may be echoing softly throughout the Health Club where you can close your eyes and drift calmly into alpha theta phase quite happily.

The Health Club involves all of the senses, with extraordinary effects; through touch, smell, sight, hearing and taste, the effects of the treatment reach the most profound states of mind, and finally reach the fantastic level of relaxation.  The Health Club at the 5 star Sheen Falls Lodge has chosen YonKa as our signature beauty line. We offer Massage Therapy  with Aromatherapy body massages, Swedish massages and Reiki amongst others.
