If cancellation is less than 30 days notice, we will refund your deposit only if we rent your vacant reservation. No credit or refunds for early departures. Guests are responsible for leaving the cabin in a clean manner. Any damage to property or extra cleaning fees incurred will be deducted from the security deposit. Any evidence of smoking or pets inside the cabin will result in a forfeited security deposit.
