Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Security deposit, power and telephone bills will be a part. Holidays (New Year s Eve, Carnival, etc) will have different prices.
  It is the tenant's responsibility to keep the place clean. The apartment will be received by the tenant in a clean condition. If the apartment is not in the same clean condition upon check out, a fee of R$ 120,00 will be charged as cleaning costs. In order to make a reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the total value. If big holidays are taking place in Brazil, then the deposit will be 50%.
  
  Security Deposit of R$800,00 might be refunded in cash – Brazilian money BUT ONLY if the apartment is returned in the same condition as when tenant took possession.
  
• Power Bill for the charges incurred during the rental period will be presented to the tenant for payment at the time the keys are returned.
  Note: The value of the bill will be charged according to consumption recorded in the time clock and should be calculated as follows:
  
  1) Energy consumption during the rental: Y-X = Z;
  
  2) Amount owed: Z * E = T;
  
  Where:
  
  • X = value of consumption in the clock marked the date of entry into the property;
  
  • Y = value of consumption marked the clock on the output of the property:
  
  • Z = total amount consumed of days leased;
  
  • E = Value of the unit for $ / kWh (dollars per kilowatt-hour) set by the rates prevailing at the dealership in the region WIDE / ANEEL.
  
  • T = Total amount due by the energy consumption during the stay.
  
  Cleaning Fee: $60
