Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• Security deposit, cleaning, power and telephone bills will be a part. Holidays (New Year s Eve, Carnival, etc) will have different prices. The rent is no longer than 30 days.
  It is the tenant's responsibility to keep the place clean. The apartment will be received by the tenant in a clean condition. If the apartment is not in the same clean condition upon check out, a fee of R$200,00 will be charged as cleaning costs. In order to make a reservation, we require a 30% or 50% deposit of the total value.
  
  Security Deposit of USD500, might be refunded in cash – BUT ONLY if the apartment is returned in the same condition as when tenant took possession.
• Power Bill for the charges incurred during the rental period will be presented to the tenant for payment at the time the keys are returned.
  Note: The value of the bill will be charged according to consumption recorded in the time clock and should be calculated as follows:
  
  1) Energy consumption during the rental: Y-X = Z;
  
  2) Amount owed: Z * E = T;
  
  Where:
  
  • X = value of consumption in the clock marked the date of entry into the property;
  
  • Y = value of consumption marked the clock on the output of the property:
  
  • Z = total amount consumed of days leased;
  
  • E = Value of the unit for $ / kWh (dollars per kilowatt-hour) set by the rates prevailing at the dealership in the region WIDE / ANEEL.
  
  • T = Total amount due by the energy consumption during the stay.
