- The first bedroom is down stairs off of the library. It has a queen size bed, a closet, and a dresser. The library of the kitchen has a large pullout sofa. The 2nd bedroom 'The Kids Room' has 2 trundles. (equals 4 twin beds) plus a dresser. The 3rd bedroom 'The Master Bedroom' has a queen size bed, a futon, a private door to the bathroom and a private gorgeous mahogany deck looking out at the mountains. All the bedrooms have amazing custom wood trim from floor to ceiling.
