We have a 7 night minimum in the Summer mid June-Sept (no partial weeks)
We specialize in multifamily rentals and do not rent to groups of students i..e proms, graduation celebrations, parties etc. We cannot accommodate weddings or special events and have a strict max occupancy of 18.
