Tax Identification Number W48968817-01 - In Holiday and Spring seasons Owner requires that non-consecutive bookings leave at least seven nights between bookings.
Cancellation outside of six months will result in full refund, less $500 administration fee. Within six months, deposit is non-refundable; If re-rented, a $500 administration fee will apply and the credit balance may be used for a future stay (subject to availability) within one year of original date of arrival
