Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A key security deposit of 100 Euros is payable on arrival and will be refunded when the keys are returned safely.
The house can be serviced by arrangement at a rate of 60 Euros per day to include bed making, laundry, cleaning of bathrooms and washing up etc. To be arranged on site.
A meet and greet service can be arranged from the airport, port, train or metro. Charges will be made accordingly.
Our nightly rate is a set flat rate; whether it is Public Holidays, weekends or week days. NO HIDDEN COSTS! - Rates quoted are for 6 people based upon 7 night bookings.
Please enquire about rates for holidays, special events and larger parties.
We have a 3 consecutive night minimum stay requirement.

Rate does not include a mandatory cleaning fee of 75 - 125 Euro based on size of group.

A 500 Euro deposit is required along with a signed reservation form to secure your dates. The balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival.
A credit card is required against damage.
