The remaining balance is due 10 weeks prior to date of arrival.
The security bond is $400 and is returned to you after your stay.
Optional electric pool heat, using the latest heat pump technology is recommended for October through April, this is recommended if you wish to swim in an ambient temperature and is a vast improvement on solar panels.
This is charged at the reasonable rate of $95 per week.
We are happy to invite guests who would like to reserve Whispering Palms for a short stay.
A supplement of $120 is payable on stays of 6 nights or less.
