Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 390 to 595 per night
- Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's, 4 night minimum.
All other major holidays, 3 night minimum.
BUY 2 WEEKEND NIGHTS, GET 3RD NIGHT 50% OFF, DURING THE OFF-SEASON(Oct-Apr). EXCL HOL WEEKS.
BUY 3 WEEKEND NIGHTS, GET 4TH NIGHT 50%OFF, DURING SEASON (5/1-9/30). EXCLUDES HOL WEEKS.
BUY 2 WEEKS, GET 2ND WEEK FOR $2500 WHEN BOOKED AT THE SAME TIME (APPLIES TO CONCURRENT WEEKS OR SEPARATE WEEKS) - $530 due upon reservation: Security deposit ($300) and cleaning fee ($230). The security deposit of $300 is
refunded via check after inspection if no damage found, within 45 days of departure.
50% rent due 90 days prior to arrival (refundable if canceled 60 days prior to arrival).
50% balance of rent due 60 days prior to arrival (refundable if canceled 60 days prior to arrival).
For last minute reservations (less than 30 days), rent is due in full at time of reservation, via cashier's check ONLY.
15% discount available to guests returning within 12 months, upon request.
