Malaekahana Estate Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $3000/wk
- * $400 per night for 10 or fewer guests ($3000 per week total)
* $25 per night, for each additional person over 10
o 15 persons maximum (regardless of age)
Cottage sleeps four maximum and rates are based on seven night minimum plus $150 cleaning fee.
* $180 per night for 2 guests ($1410 per week total)
* $220 per night for 4 guests ($1690 per week total)
10% discount for rentals of 2 weeks or more.
Higher rates apply during holiday periods.
Refund policy on our website which is linked below. - Payments are made through PayPal which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
All rates are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to Hawaii State Transient Accommodations
Tax and Excise (Sales) Tax (13.962% total).
Reservations at our Malaekahana home require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure
your reservation. We must receive the balance (payment in full) 40 days prior to
your arrival or your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund of your
initial deposit.
REFUND POLICY: If you need to cancel your reservation we cannot guarantee a refund.
If we can re-rent some or all of your reserved time period we will refund you 90%
of what we receive. Last minute cancellations have very little chance of a refund.
