Payment needs to be made in U.S. Dollars. We do accept Personal checks, Cashiers check, or a Bank draft. If payment is made with a Credit Card using PayPal.com there is a 3% - 5% charge. Full terms & conditions are sent with booking conformation.
Minimum Stay is 4 days unless agreed upon with owner.
Fees:
Florida State Sales Tax is 13%.
The Cleaning fee is $ 55.00 will apply to each rental of up to and including 7 days. No Cleaning Fee will be charged for a stay of 8 days or more. - Please Note: No Pets are allowed. If it is discovered that a Pet has been in our Condo, There will be an additional
$ 400.00 charged to cover the additional cost of having the unit professionally cleaned.
Smoking is not allowed in the Condo. This is a non smoking Unit.
