Balance of booking is required 7 days prior to stay
Full payment required if booking is less than 7 days prior to stay
Bond of $200 is required for stays 7 days and over
Current payment options - direct deposit, visa can be arranged
CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATION
Deposit is non refundable
Cancellation more than 7 days prior to booked start start date will be given full refund less deposit
Cancellation less than 48 hours prior stay will loose deposit plus 50% - 100% of balance unless accomodation can be filled.
No refunds will be made for early departure once the booking has commenced.
Owners reserve the right to refuse any booking.
