Reservations require a 50% deposit to reserve the property, if within 4 moths of the booking date, This includes the security deposit, applicable taxes. This is due within 3 days of making a reservation. Remaining 50% balance is due 30 Days prior to reservation date. A signed rental agreement must accompany deposit. If booking is less than 30 days prior to arrival payment is due in full. If more than 5 months before the reservation date 10% deposit is all that is required.
*Check In
Electronic codes for the building and the condo will be provided the day before your reservation date. No check in at a rental office is required, no keys need to be returned. Just arrive punch in the code and your vacation begins!
•No group rentals to under 25 year old. No high school renters.
