Memorial weekend $900 (Fri-Mon)

Special Weekends (Irish, Fireman's, 50's, etc..) $900/weekend (Fri-Sun)
An advanced deposit of 50% of rental rate is required to secure the reservation and guarantee your week. Balance of rent plus security deposit of $250.00 is required 30 days before check-in.
Changeover Day: Saturday check-in 2 PM check-out 11 AM
Cancellations - A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation with no penalty. - No prom or senior week. Don't rent to under age 25.
