Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- The rental fees does not include the $100 cleaning fee. It does include all utilities. We require 30% of rental fee within seven days of the signed agreement of rental. We also require a $250 safety deposit and balance of rental to be paid within 30 days of rental dates. If your rental dates are before 30 days the rental fee and deposit is due within 7 days of agreement. Please call to discuss with owner if you have any questions.
- WINTER MONTH SPECIALS. During the winter months we do require atleast a 3 month rental. If you do rent for three months we dp offer a discount on the four month if needed. Please call to discuss (270) 872-3533.
