The middle floor has two bedrooms - a queen in one and twins in the other which share a bathroom. The middle floor is where the front entrance to the house is located, the large kitchen and the main family room. The bottom floor has two bedrooms - a king in one and twin beds in the other that also share a bathroom. The bottom floor shares a kitchenette, laundry room and den with TV and it's own entrance (great for early risers, peeps with small children or sneaky young adults)
