You may elect to clean the property yourself on departure or professional cleaners can be arranged at a cost of $100. - Arrival time is from 2pm and departure time is by 11am. We can be flexible about this if there is not a same day changeover of guests. Please ask if you would like to arrive earlier or depart later - there is no charge for this it is simply a matter of whether we can still have the property ready for the next guest.

- Covered duvets and uncovered pillows are provided for all beds. You must bring your own sheets and pillow cases. Bedroom 1 has a walk in robe and the two downstairs bedrooms have large built in wardrobes. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite whilst the two downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom directly opposite the hallway. There is also a separate toilet downstairs and also a third toilet upstairs.

There is a small lawned garden at the back of the house though you will want to spend all your time on the large balcony overlooking the river.
WiFi is available and reasonable data usage included as are phone calls to fixed land lines within Australia and to Telstra mobile phone numbers. The costs of other phone calls made will be deducted from your bond.
Please note that the living areas and the master bedroom are upstairs. There are 16 steps in the flight and as such this property may not be suitable for young children or people with disabilities or the infirm.
Tea towels are provided and there is a small supply of kitchen items on hand such as cling film, foil etc. There is a large Woolworths a few minutes drive away for supplies. For a small additional charge we can have basics waiting for you on arrival - please ask if you would like us to arrange that for you.
