Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates include Taxes. Monthly or long term winter rentals considered. Contact owner for details.
- 1/2 of total amount due at time of reservation. Remainder due 21 days prior to rental dates plus $150.00 security deposit (The security deposit will be refunded in full, provided you leave the house in the same condition as when you arrived). $100 cleaning fee due with second payment.
