Approximately 4 miles to Oxford Speedway, 5 miles to the new casino, 45 minutes to Portland, 1.5 hours to Freeport, and 1 hour to White Mountains in New Hampshire. *Dock not suitable for motor boats of any size; only kayaks or canoes can be left a dock. *Second bedroom is not located in the main part of the house it is accessible through a private entrance from the screened porch.
