Bayside Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A 300.00 dollar security deposit must be sent with rental payment. The deposit is refundable and will be returned after cottage inspection and within one week of your rental time. If the cottage is left dirty, $75 will be kept as a cleaning fee. To hold the cottage you must send in 50% of the rental fee within seven days of making the reservation. The rest of rental payment, including 7% Maine Lodging tax is due at least 60 days prior to rental date. Cottage must be left in same condition in which it was found or a $75.00 cleaning charge will be assessed. Towels and sheets included in rental.

Rentals run weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Check in after 4pm and check out by 10am

- The master bedroom has a king bed. It is two twins, pushed together and has a king sized foam layer over both. There are two dressers, and views out to the ocean, and to the garden. The second bedroom has a double bed, and a twin bed in the alcove. The third bedroom has a bunk bed, as well as a large closet.
