- Rates are based on a 5 night stay. 2,3 & 4 night stays may be accepted at a fixed price as per individual quotation.
Please note that prices quoted are for 8 people. Additional guests may be charged at $30 per person per night.
Standard exit clean and linen hire $380 - all linen provided except beach towels and portocot linen which can be supplied on request.
Booking fee $33
A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required for all bookings. This is returned to you on completion of a check of the property after your departure.
**THE GAP FILLER**
For guests who fill short gaps between bookings we offer fantastic discounts. Ask us for our best rates for this time.
**LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS**
Bookings made within 2 weeks of your stay receive a 20% discount.
**LONG STAYS**
10% off your total booking cost if your stay is of 2 weeks or more. - We cater to family groups, couples, corporate guests and friends wishing to holiday together.
In accordance with Gold Coast City Council, Stayz and Holiday Rental Group Code of Conduct, we have a strict NO PARTY and NO COMMERCIAL FUNCTIONS policy. As all Elite Holiday Homes are situated in quiet residential suburbs, in consideration to our neighbours we request all guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area 'quiet time' From 10pm to 8 am
