- All of our bathrooms are en-suite. They have been renovated and have kept their original style. Each has a bathtub as well as a spacious modern shower, sink and toilet. The bathrooms all have original Georgian sash windows together with the original wooden shutters.

- All three bedrooms have ocean views of Donegal Bay encompassing Rossnowlagh Beach, Slieve League and The Blue Stack Mountains. Each room has its original high stucco ceiling and the original Georgian fireplace. The windows are the original Georgian sash windows with original wooden shutters. Our guests sleeping comfort is very important to us. All our beds come from the Schramm manufacturer in Germany, known worldwide for its luxurious beds. Each bed is hand-crafted to perfection, a process which takes more than 100 hours. The box spring mattresses come in two different levels of firmness (No. 2 for the ladies, No. 3 for the gentlemen). Our eider down duvets are made of new, pure white goose down, enriched with 10% feathers and the pillows are made of new, pure Masurian goose downs. Both are class 1 products manufactured by the Swiss brand Christian Fischbacher. The white bed linens are 100% sateen cotton (by Fair Trade Max Havelaar) and have also been produced in Switzerland.
