Huddleston House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $220/nt to $535/nt US Dollars
- Nightly rentals require a 3 night minimum;
Will consider 2 night minimum for last minute travelers when house is available;
10% tax on rental fee;
$130 cleaning fee (additional $50 with pets);
$50 accidental insurance fee
$200 rental deposit
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 60 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental deposit (less any pre-paid Travel Insurance fees) will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 60 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. We suggest each tenant take advantage of our Travel Insurance to protect your money paid in the event of an unexpected cancellation. - Dates Available: Year Round
