Las Vegas House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We ask for one half of the total rental fees up front to secure dates. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. We require a $125 cleaning/maid fee as well as the $350 security/damage deposit which is fully refundable immediately after your stay. Our repeat guests may forgo the deposit with a proven record of respect for our home.
Our cancellation policy varies depending upon the amount of time between the time of the actual cancellation and your check in date. Refunds will be provided less a small handling fee.
