Ko Olina Townhome Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Minimum Stay required: 5 days. 50% deposit to secure stay with balance due 60 days prior to travel
Year Round: $350/night .............. $2,450/week .................. $7,500/month ($250/night).
Christmas/New Years........ $495/night................. $9,000/month ($300/night).
Minimum required stay: 5 days = $2,000, 6 days = $2,300, Weekly: $2,450
Hawaii state tax of 11.96% included in the rental fee.
One time departure cleaning fee: $350.00
Security Deposit: $500 (separate check to be hold and will not be cashed)
Note: $500 Security deposit returned within 10 calendar days, if no damage to property and utilities use is normal.
Reservation deposit is forfeited, if reservation is canceled less than 60 days prior to check-in.
We accept credit card via Paypal. There will be a fee of 3% for each
transaction charged, by Paypal.
