Terra Verde Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- All rates above INCLUDE taxes (currently 13%).
Minimum stay is 4 nights. Cleaning fee (£55/$85) payable on stays of 4-6 nights.
Deposit to secure booking £150/$250 per week (or part week).
Reservations made within 60 days of arrival require full payment.
Pool heat is recommended from the November until the end of March.
Pool heat is an additional $18 per night or £80/$120 per week.
PayPal payments accepted (3% handling charge).
