Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Winter Rate $3000 per week
Summer Rate $3200 per week
Holidays $3200 per week
Lobster Weeks $3500 per week
Fall Discount $2500 per week except for Thanksgiving Week call for pricing
All rates are plus a $25 booking fee, $125 cleaning, 12.5% sales tax and a refundable $1000 deposit.
