Deposit: $200 is required upon rental agreement execution. Deposit will be returned within one (1) week of departure if no damages.

Smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any entrances--violations subject to a $200 penalty - Cancellation policy:
$200 deposit will be refuned if cancellation is made more than 30 calendar days in advance of scheduled check in date.
$200 deposit is forfeited if cancallations are received less 30 calendar days of scheduled check in.
Criminal background checks are required of guests staying longer thand 90 calendar days
