Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Holidays are charged at the maximum rate of $199.00 per night. Holidays require a three night stay. Thanksgiving requires a four night stay (Wednesday night through Saturday night)
Cancellations/Changes
Should you cancel, at any time, there will be a ten (10) percent cancellation penalty on the deposit received.
Should you cancel within one (1) month prior to your arrival, your cancellation penalty will be twenty-five (25) percent on the deposit received, unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.
In the event of a cancellation, within fifteen (15) days prior to your arrival, no refund will be possible, unless we are able to rebook your accommodation, in which case the penalty reverts back to ten (10) percent.
When you make your reservation, you will be charged immediately for two (2) nights, including tax, on your Visa or MasterCard.
One (1) month prior to your arrival, any remaining balance will be charged to your original credit card.
Sorry, we do not give refunds for shortened stays.
We require the non-refundable $49.00 damage protection insurance.
