- The Stoney Hill Road House has 3 full bathrooms, a powder room and a very spacious outdoor shower. The master bathroom has a full roll in shower to accommodate a wheelchair, if necessary, and a glass enclosed shower room with an attached soaking tub. There are his and her sinks. The second full bathroom is part of Bedroom #2 and it has a traditional combination tub with integrated shower and a single sink. This 2nd bathroom is shared with TV Room #2 if the latter is being used as sleeping quarters. The third full bathroom has a roll in shower. It is downstairs and is shared with bedrooms # 3 & 4 and the downstairs living room couch if it is being used for sleeping. The powder room is located near the kitchen.

- The Stoney Hill Road House has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has an attached private office, walk in closet, built in dressers, cabinets and shelves and a private bath with a roll in shower and a second shower and soaking tub. Bedroom # 2 also has a private attached bathroom with full tub and shower. This room has a queen size bed with an outdoor patio area that is shared with TV Room # 2. Bedroom # 3 has a queen bed and bedroom # 4 has a king bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom downstairs which also has a roll in shower. There is a downstairs living room that has a fold out queen bed and the TV Room # 1 also has a fold out queen couch. Both TV Rooms have doors and can be closed off from the rest of the house.
