- DESCRIPTION: 2BR/2BA villas are identical units - 308 Canal Road (upstairs - HomeAway #3497799) and 310 Canal Road (downstairs - HomeAway #3497700). Both sleep up to six adults, are furnished/equipped equally, and are available for the same costs. Villas when rented separately will share the pool and courtyard. Unless otherwise stated, owner may reserve and assign either villa on your behalf. Bedding and Linens supplied for six (6) adults.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable $500 deposit and Rental Agreement is due on rental confirmation, Deposit is refundable within 10 days of departure if no damage/excess cleaning charges.
CANCELLATIONS: We charge a $100 administrative fee for cancellations, as well as loss of the Security Deposit after a reservation is made and confirmed.
PAYMENTS: All payments must be made in US funds by personal check or traveler's checks. We accept Credit Cards, however, there is a processing fee of three per cent (3%) excluding the amount of the Security Deposi - HOLIDAY SURCHARGE: Add $50 per night for Federal Holidays: New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
DISCOUNTS: A 10% discount for new reservations of four weeks (minimum). Rate rebates may be available In summer season (late spring to fall). All discounts are for the rental only; cleaning, deposits, and state/local accommodation tax rates are FIXED and NON-NEGOTIABLE.
PETS: No pets are permitted in any rental property. IF AN UNAUTHORIZED PET HAS BEEN IN ANY RENTAL UNIT, A MINIMUM $250 CLEANING CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED.
SMOKING: No smoking is permitted inside any rental property. IF SMOKING OCCURS OR IS EVIDENCED IN ANY RENTAL UNIT, A MINIMUM $250 CLEANING CHARGE WILL BE ASSESSED.
