Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $395-$695/nt US Dollars
- All seasons you may rent entire house (up to 20 people in main house plus 6 more in guest house).
Rates for Renting entire house: for 3 nite or longer stays the rate is $395/night for 1 to 8 guests, + $25/night each guest over 8 including non-infant children. 2 night stay rate starts at $495/night, 1 night stay rate starts at $595/night. Note: May graduation week requires 5 night min @ $695/nite for 1 to 8 guests, + fee extra guests.
add 2% logding tax on all rentals.
Cleaning fee is $100 per stay + $500 refundable damage deposit. Weekly renters receive 7th night free.
Guest house is $225 per night and $35 cleaning fee. sleeps 6 to 8, has 1.5 baths and galley kitchen
For Weddings: Please request price list. Packages from $500 to $2500
For other parties and events: $2 per person per hour to host a group function
