The large Loft Area has a sitting area with a Queen pull-out sofa. The mattress is new and has a memory foam topper that makes this sleep like a real mattress. The Living Room has a large sectional sofa with a Queen pull-out sofa. The mattress has a memory foam topper that makes this sleeping like a real mattress.
