- On the main floor there are two areas each with their own separate exterior entrance. The two area's are not connected on the interior unless you rent both areas in which case we unlock both sides to a laundry room that separates the two units. The Area 2 'studio' can be rented by itself for 2 people or you can add the bunk room to it. In Area 1 there are two bedrooms. If you rent the whole house it has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 if you include the sofa sleeper in the living room and the futon in the Area 2 master bedroom sitting area.
