- General Codições
- A) For reservations, shall be deposited in the act 50% and 50% until the day of entry.
B) Leases for only 1 night, 100% will be deposited at time of booking.
C) Cancellations advised within 15 days of the date of entry, exeto for holiday periods, will be refunded 50% of the reserve.
D) For over 2 nights, one round-trip transportation to the island will be offered for free on a private boat from the harbour to the house´s deck.
E) For more than 2 nights, housekeeping is offered daily, and cook for one meal.
F) In the case of occupation of more than 8 people will be charged additional fee per person of R$ 68.75
G) Security deposit of R$ 1. 500 by check or deposit.
Note: the monthly lease is not included in the price breakfast and housekeeping daily. The house cleaning is performed once per week. Such services should be negotiated separately.
