If additional cleaning is required (beyond 3 hours) guests will be charged $20 an hour for additional cleaning requirements. - Guests are responsible for all transfer fees. Guests may request ferry pick up and orientation and return to ferry and pay required fees. Please contact owner regarding ground transportation from ferry if required.
