Due within 10 days of booking is a rental deposit (non-refundable) of 50% of the total rent payable to secure your reservation. This is applied to the balance of your rental rate. There is a (refundable) $500 security deposit and a (non-refundable) cleaning fee of $150.00, along with your remaining rental fee, due 30 days before arrival. After departure, your security deposit will be returned to you within 21 business days provided an inspection of the property shows no damage or missing items.
Between May 1 and September 30, electricity charges will be limited to $175 per month (or $6.25 per day). Any excess electric utility charges above that amount will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
