Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• The rates above are per property for groups up to 6 persons. Price increases 20 Euro for each additional person per night.
  10% reduction applies for rentals periods over 7 days. 20% reduction applies for rentals periods over 30 days.
  There is no charge for children under 4 years.
  Baby cot and high chair available upon request, no charge for first one. There is a charge of 15 Euro for each additional cot per rental period.
  Extra housekeeping can be arranged.
• A deposit of 25%, by bank transfer, is required to confirm reservation.
  Balance of 75% to be paid in cash on arrival with the delivery of the keys. Alternatively it may be settled up to 15 days prior to arrival also by bank transfer.
  We request a breakage deposit of 300€, that will be returned at the end of your stay.
  Check in after 2.00 pm, check out before 11.00 am. Other arrangements are possible, if no other guests arrive or depart the same day.
  Late check in fee 25 Euro, for check ins after 10.00 pm.
  We reserve the right to refuse any reservation at our own discretion.
