    •State of Maine 7% tax + $200 cleaning fee required, additional to above rate..
    •$500 deposit is required to hold your reservation. When we receive your deposit, the calendar will show your week as no longer available. The remaining rent and signed rental agreement will be due 60 days before your arrival. Cancellation will be honored if we are notified 90 days before your arrival. We will return your deposit less 10% for service charges.
    A Security Deposit of $250 must be received with the balance of the rent. This will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of the rental period, provided:
    No damage is done to cabin or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
    All rubbish is placed in refuse containers outside, dishes are in the dishwasher and cleaned.
  • One load of laundry is started, as discussed.
    All keys are left in the house and house is left locked.
    No linens are lost or damaged.
    IF CLEANERS REQUIRE MORE THAN 4 HOURS (EACH) TO CLEAN THE HOUSE, THE ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

    No cats, please, due to allergies.
